Financial and Payment Structure

The payment options are designed to be flexible:

  • Registration Amount: 10% of the total plot value. (For SC/ST applicants, the registration amount is 5% of the plot value, with the remaining 5% adjusted in installments, but no discount on the total price ).
  • Allotment Amount: After selection in the lottery, the allottee must pay the Allotment Amount (20% of the plot value + 12% for leasehold conversion, which is 32% in total) within one month of the allotment letter. Failure to pay the allotment amount within one month will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration amount.
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining 70% of the plot value (75% for SC/ST applicants) can be paid in one of two ways:
    1. Lump Sum / Down Payment (Code P1): Full payment at once.
    2. Installments (Code P2): Paid over 3 years in 12 quarterly installments. An annual interest rate of 10% will be added to the installment amount. Late payments (default) will incur an additional penal interest of 2%, making the total interest rate 12% per year.

Eligibility and Reservation (Quota)

The scheme is open to a wide range of applicants, and a specific reservation system is in place according to Uttar Pradesh government orders:

  • Eligibility: The applicant must be a Citizen of India and at least 18 years of age on the last date of application. Various entities like HUFs, Companies, Firms, Societies, and Trusts can also apply.
