Bareilly Development Authority has launched an alluring residential space to book your residential plot of dreams at the Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojana , fastest developing area of Bareilly city . To give new life to the real estate market The BDA has come up with a new lucrative residential scheme RAMGANGA NAGAR AWASIYA SCHEME 2021

Recently , Authority has opened its Plotting scheme for SABARMATI ENCLAVE , SARASWATI ENCLAVE AND SHIVAM ENCLAVE.

Keeping in mind the people’s interest in small residential plots, the plot sizes are starting from 72 square meters. There is a total of 440 plots up to the size of 450 square meters.

Process of applying under the scheme of Ramganga Nagar Yojana
Application forms can be purchased from the listed bank branches after paying the application fee of 590/ (including GST)
Application forms can also be downloaded from the BDA website by making an online payment.
A duly filled application form along with a 10% registration amount should be submitted to the listed bank branches on or before the closing date of the scheme.
Allotment procedure of Ramganga Plots
The draw of lots is conducted to select the successful candidates for the allotment of plot
Registration money is refunded without interest to the unsuccessful applicants.
Payment plan under the scheme of Ramganga Plots
The payment plan may vary in different schemes. Generally, 10% amount of the total plot cost is deposited with the application form as a registration amount.
15% amount is paid within thirty days from the date of allotment. The balance amount is paid in 8 equated installment with interest at 8.2% per annum on every installment.
